The Greene County Rural Health Network is a Catskill-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 1996 with a mission to improve health services across rural Greene County, NY, serving roughly 50,000 residents. The Network connects healthcare providers, local businesses, and community members to address pressing health needs through more than 25 specialized programs, with a focus on addiction, nutrition, and preventive screenings.

Mission

Community Health: Hosts programs like GreeneWalks, Fresh Start weight-loss challenges, and provides mini-grants to local organizations for health projects.
Screenings: Encourages breast cancer, diabetes, and heart disease screenings to improve early detection and reduce long-term healthcare costs.
